Refund Policy

Once order is PAID, the order payment WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE. You are allowed to reschedule in 5 days in advance before your pickup date. You can DM me through Instagram to receive a fast response along with your order number to reschedule. Thank you!

IF YOU ORDER, YOU MUST PICKUP THE SAME DAY OF YOUR PICKUP DATE‼️WE CANNOT HOLD YOUR BOUQUET, DM us for late arrivals but NO EXTRA DAYS WILL BE GIVEN !! IF NOT PICKED UP WE WILL CANCEL ORDER WITH NO REFUND AVAILABLE ‼️
